PSP To Embark On Dynamics 365 XRM Project

Our project team is excited to move forward with plans to implement a new Dynamics 365 XRM (Extended Relationship Management) system.

After successfully launching a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) system for a prestigious London-based client, we are now moving to the next phase of the digital transformation project.

The client, a renowned qualification awarding body, sought PSP's expertise after concerns that their existing suppliers would be unable to complete the project on time and within budget. In response, PSP assembled a dedicated team of business systems analysts, quality assurance experts, developers, and IT project managers to lead the initiative.

Our project governance team works closely with the client and vendor to leverage their experience and expertise, ensuring the project remains on track without falling prey to scope creep, budget overruns, or unmet requirements.

A critical component of the project is the engagement of PSP's business systems analysts with the client's stakeholders and staff. These analysts will thoroughly analyse current processes and business goals, translating them into essential requirements for the XRM system. These requirements will inform the development of detailed testing plans, allowing our quality assurance team to verify the system against initial specifications and guarantee the delivery of a solution that fully meets the client’s needs.

The new XRM system project will cover several key areas:

  • Data MigrationEnsuring seamless transfer of existing data to the new system
  • System Integration: Identifying integration needs, implementing and testing cloud integrations
  • Design & Build D365 Architecture: Analysis of current CRM system and customisations, optimising existing CRM data, training team on Dynamics 365 features and functionalities
  • Security & Governance: Implementing stringent cyber security measures and governance protocols to protect sensitive information throughout the project

The launch of the new XRM system is scheduled for early next year. PSP will continue to provide updates on our website and LinkedIn page as the project progresses.
